The experience was flawless from start to finish with a very friendly and welcoming staff to assist us with a pre check-in as we arrived early. The location of the hotel is excellent, yet not on a main avenue so rather quiet. From our window we could see iconic landmarks such as the London Eye, the Shard, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey.
Our room had an extraordinary view of London. The room and the bed were great, though I would maybe add a couple electrical sockets for convenience. The room was very clean and comfortable, with enough flat surfaces to put your wash kit. The view from the room was superb, overlooking the city.
The staff at the hotel were great and super helpful. Anastasiia, in particular, was mentioned as being very helpful and an absolute pleasure. The entire staff made guests feel welcome as soon as they entered the reception area. The team was well-received and made the stay even more special.
The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in London's city centre in the Mayfair district. It was opposite Fortnum & Mason, next to the Royal Academy of Arts, and near Green Park & Piccadilly Circus. A lot of central London was within walking distance, with plenty of public transport options available for further exploration.
