The ice skating rink is open from Friday the 15th of November until the 5th of January. Outside of the school Christmas holidays, they are open from 12 noon to 9pm on weekdays and 10am to 9pm on weekends.

There is a viewing area serving festive food, and some attractions are also under cover, so non-skaters can relax and stay warm while watching their family have fun on the ice rink.

Visitors can enjoy festive movies on the Big Screen, take a river walk, or visit the world-famous Windsor Castle which is close by.

There are special sessions like 'Tiny Tuesdays' and 'All Access Wednesdays' available for large group bookings. Additionally, visitors can purchase fairground wristbands for unlimited fairground rides for their entire visit. The ice skating rink is also raising money through Santa's post Box and accepting donations for Swan Support.
