The Bridge has come to symbolise a city of original thinkers and independent spirit, marking a turning point in the history of engineering.

The Bridge is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year, with a £1 toll for motor vehicles and free of charge to pedestrians and cyclists.

The Visitor Centre is open daily from 10am - 5pm, offering displays and artefacts explaining the history, construction, and maintenance of the world-famous Clifton Suspension Bridge.

The Clifton Suspension Bridge Trust is a not-for-profit charity established in 1953 to act as custodians of the bridge, ensuring its maintenance and preservation, with a year-round programme of tours, events, and exhibitions.
